Re: FA Cup 5th Round: Millwall/Southampton away
Not a bad draw. Would have been better at home, but given we could have had Sunderland or Arsenal away, this is certainly doable...

Zaha is risky, but I've seen him destroy teams single handedly. which teams - and when? For one, when they won at Man Utd in the league cup, Zaha was far and away the best player on that pitch and ripped the Utd defence apart with his pace and power, even when left up top on his own, he's a winger....

Surely the tip is for the 'service' rather than the food per se, and is used to supplement the minimum wage that shift working waiters and waitresses earn? Put whatever label you want on it. It's still money they get over and above. As it happens I'd generally tip more for good food and good servic...

Re: FA Cup 4th Round: BWFC v Swansea
We won. That is ace.
Kev looked brighter, also ace.
We struggled a bit against Swanseas reserves, not so ace.
But we are in the 5th round that is ace.
And we are finding some consistency and building momentum, super ace!

Played well today. He put in the effort levels that he used to when he had a point to prove when he first signed for us. He certainly did do wll in that cameo. Won many a flick, found space & looked to link up very well. Not what we've been seeing. That could be due to having a determination to sho...

Zaha is risky, but I've seen him destroy teams single handedly. Great pace and strength. Got a lot to learn. But perhaps a move to us would be ideal for him to progress rather than sitting on a bench somewhere. Whether we pull it off remains to be seen. Somehow think it will be tricky when palace wa...

So we're not making a bid because Palace made it public? That's just stupid :/ Suspect it's more that if Palace are making our interest known we will not be able to match the auction prices they will be after! Probably means they are after more than we will pay. I guess overall if we were trying to...

Yes but anyone on benefits should be made to live a life of purgatory as a punishment for being someone Mr Cameron has deemed doesn't deserve a job and made redundant. Or for having the audacity to have children. Basically anyone who has ever received child benefit should 1) Not have a car 2) Walk ...

However, the Oracle has vehemently denied it. Says that we're "battering the feck out of the final doors" on two signings, one of whom is apparently a "bigger fish" than Bangoura. ok - grrrrrr... you've sucked me into twitter now!! Nixon's utterings thus far on these two mystery top players: Kickin...

The main thing that is putting me off BF3 is that I don't get long to play and from what I've been told you need a decent stint to get involved properly. MW3 is brilliant to just jump on for half an hour. I'm exactly the same, probably for the same reasons..... Which is why I've always stuck to COD...

How predictable...
He's unlucky that he's in this era, he really is.
He's just never going to be quite good enough to beat 2 of Fed, Nadal, and Djokovic over 5 sets. Even if he'd have gotten through today he'd never have had enough left in him to get past Nadal IMO!

You have to say, cynically, that sounds like us: try for a top-club tippy-tapper then get a winger from the Nationwide... The nationwide winger would cost a lot more... ( Matt ) Phillips would cost more than £5m? Nah, then. Lad's got potential but... Yep apparently so. And that is why according to ...

I'd like to know what all the unpaid tax from the FTSE 100 companies, their execs, etc is spent on.
I'd rather know what OUR MONEY there is being spent on than a few benefits claimants who have the audacity to smoke and get a taxi.....

Re: Megson: 'I was told to get out of Europe'
We knew what we were getting when we brought him in. That was the first stage of the post-BSA transition. Ageing squad etc etc. He did some unfathomable things, but so does Coyle. The bit at the end of the "spotlight" interview was nearer to the point about it being more than managing a team, you h...
