I haven't seen any images from the test, but 1600+ runs with a session to spare, plus three declarations (@6, @9 & @2), indicate that someone must have substituted the corker with a thick-walled red tennis ball. Tonight I am cooking spaghetti with mussels in a tomato sauce with a hint of chilli! Few shavings of parmesan on top. Lovely. Nice. When I go for something like that I use just a simple sauce with a splash of white wine, olive oil, garlic, onion, basil, and fresh cherry tomatoes. Got to be careful ...
