Re: Reasons To Be Cheerful (Tier 3)

Off topic a bit, but does anyone know why Swindon Away on the 8th October is a 13:00 kick off?

All I can see is that there are internationals, but they kick off at 17:00.

Are we on the tellybox?

If we'd have had the squad of performance pay last season we'd have saved a bloody fortune.
We'd have made a fortune back off them more like.

Apparently we're signing Wheater on a 12 month deal

Expect a severe knee injury in the next 7-10 days.

Wondered what was bugging me about Chris Taylor then realised he's the only one with his shirt tucked in.

Pre-Season Train-ing.

Just read that Horwich Parkway is closed ever weekend until October 2nd.

Which is helpful.

Speaking of the Sherpa Van Trophy, did anyone else call Stuart Storer "Shinners" or did I imagine the whole thing.

But that's the point. If we can't shift them, use them. If Parkinson is who we hope he us hell get then organised and get a performance out of them. We're buggered then. Re: For new signings, ask the man from the Pru

Much as I'd like to get shut of many a midfielder, I'd say he'd be daft to spend time and money getting another when we've already got a bunch of them sucking wages out of the club - I'd rather Parky tried to get the buggers working than get a replacement and pay someone 10 times the L1 average to ...

Seems daft though. Why not make 2000 lots of £20 than 1000 of £30?

Millwall are "resigned" to losing him because he's Northern. We are also being linked with GK Matt Gilks, free agent last at Burnley (and born in Rochdale 34 years ago), and striker Matt Proctor, also out of contract at Bradford, who scored 10 goals for them and Fleetwood last term (and was born in...
