Re: United sign Diouf!!!

Great prospect. Someone I would have loved to see us go for. Not that we're in with a chance when competing with the likes of Manure. It was a huge surprise that they were interested though.

Sunderland fans make City's look realistic. Get this plank from 606: It's certainly a good thing all round that Keano has quit as one believes he should never have managed this club in the first place as he had no managerial experience and was only hired on his name alone. But now is the time to ge...

I too would like to see a big name come this summer, but I'd rather Sammy focus on depth than focus on one huge signing at the expense of every other position. See: Anelka, Summer 2006. I tend to agree, but we've signed 8 players this year, all squad players - and got O'Brien back from injury. We'v...

Re: Squad size / appearances

Don't forget we're in three cups next season. Plus there are always going to be injured. I personally don't think that having a squad of that size is a waste of wage money myself. Good suggestion though. Good point. Instead of piling on the squad players - especially those that cost money -we shoul...

Re: Squad size / appearances

If LSL has his way we will soon have a first team squad of 30. If I was clever enough to drop a spreadsheet into this system I would start a Prediction game Based on - how many appearances will each player make next season? After all we can only have 11 starters and 3 subs in each match. Since I ca...

I'm not able to contribute whatsoever, but this is a hell of a good idea.

Pedersens career is not exactly followed closely. We tend to forget our foreign based players if they're not scoring goals or are in the national side. Also, he's not the most glamorous of players. For a div. 1 team we were quite well represented in the Danish media in the days of Frandsen, Johansen...

My beginning supporting the whites must be for the glamour associated with world beaters Gerry Taggart and John Sheridan. Well to tell you the truth I have no idea why I started. Nice white shirts, that boring Colin Todd, run down Burnden Park, who knows. It definately stuck after Frandsen and Johan...

You've got to admire Henrik for his work ethic, his professionalism and for the peacock thing.

But no fecking way I'm joining any fan clubs!

Unless of course there's a Franck Passi fanclub around the place?

Hi there!

So I'm one of the approximately 3 Danish BWFC supporters and I've been following the Whites for a number of years. Interest really took off with the arrival of Frandsen and Johansen back in the 90's. Proudest moment so far was shaking Gudni Bergssons hand before a training match in Denmark. Crap gam...
