I suppose Jones at right-centre-back and Sadlier at right-wing-back could prove to be a successful combination but I think I'd also rather us start with a back four than go with the recent 3-5-2. Oh, and I think we should probably close the season out playing a 4-3-3. It seems to me to be the most natural fit for the players we have currently available to us.
