Re: The cup that cheers.. E.F.L Away to Wrexham Tues Feb 11th 7-30.

I’d rather have had a quick, agile player who can get in behind or travel with the ball than a big one up front. I liked the look of Hepburn-Murphy on Saturday. We won't be signing him but someone in that mould would be great. 26 year old journeyman with a poor goalscoring record. Everyone would’ve...

Re: The cup that cheers.. E.F.L Away to Wrexham Tues Feb 11th 7-30.

It felt to me that we changed to a midfield two in the second half there, either intentionally or consequentially, and Parky reacted by bringing the cavalry on and the space in the centre of the pitch was taken advantage of. I don't think we fundamentally changed the 3421 shape until we threw on An...

Thanks for the seat on the couch, Blu.

What a game to miss.

Sometimes football offers up justice. Utterly disgusting from Crawley and delighted to came back.

How fitting that the winner was a) deep into an extended injury time period, and b) an own goal.

Quadruple sub:
Johnston for Murphy
Jones for Cogz
Lolos for Schon
Victor for Randall

And a change of shape by the looks of it.

It's all well and good crossing into the penalty area but there's no-one capable of getting on the end of it.

Re: Creeping Northwards. At home to Crawley Town, Sat 8th FEB 3-0'clock.

McAtee—I know isn’t really a solo striker, but—not staying central and high enough for me when we’re out wide. Cogz having a fabulous game; Schön looking a bit clumsy in possession that half. Just thought of Dapo in a game such as this. Cheers. Son’s crying. We definitely could do with more of a fo...

Weirly quiet atmosphere

Yeah, perhaps a bit nervous.

It feels like we really need a goal to get the new era going.

Finding this very promising. The final ball not quite there yet though.

If we can get it right, we'll likely have a lot of success down the channels.

Re: In, Out, Shake It All About: January 2025 Transfer Window

My biggest problem with this window, has been the pish poor communication from the club. We do so well to keep individual transfer targets under wraps, but a simple communique yesterday saying “We’re trying to get one or two in” or “ The club is at a financial threshold that makes increases to the ...

Re: Not a Leap Year, who says so? Away to Reading , Sat, Feb 1st 3-0'clock.

Who on earth decided Etete - a guy who literally doesn't score - would be a good signing? Who scouted him and who sanctioned it? Don't even bother mate. Whoever it is, apparently they're above criticism because they're doing a really good job, as evidenced by all our brilliant players and how good ...
