Re: Who's the Rioch to Evatt's Neal?
Feel free to take the betting odds with a pinch of salt but Schumacher's are going in the opposition direction I'd expect them to go if there were an announcement imminent.

Re: Giving Cobblers the boot? Home to Northampton Tues, 28th Jan 19-45
I enjoyed it far more tonight than I have at home all season.
Defenders asked to defend, width further up the pitch, and a bit of space to play into.
Great stuff.

We'd never have scored that goal under Evatt.

Cogs on, Tutu off.
I do like Tutu's ability to drive forward and beat his opposing number but f*cking hell the rest of his game leaves a lot to be desired.

There's very much the potential for it to be an after the Lord Mayor's show type of night.

Re: Who's the Rioch to Evatt's Neal?
Betting odds are pretty meaningless however it is odd that Rob Page has suddenly entered the market at 4/1 from absolutely nowhere. Surely not…. I’m all for exploring options but to me it’s pretty clear. Schumacher is the best candidate and certainly better than the weird fringe options like Rob Pa...

It looks like it might be Schumacher.
He shot to 1/4 in the betting market, which has now been suspended.

The second half might prove to be a more challenging affair and I wouldn't be surprised if we go on to lose, but it's been encouraging up to this point.
We're definitely benefitting from getting it forward quickly.

It looks like we've gone for as physical a starting eleven as we can name.
I don't hate it, to be honest.

That fact alone makes it that bit more moronic. He finds himself out of favour and then when given an opportunity does that.

I think it's quite likely we'll go for a Mat Sadler/Lee Bell/Bryan Barry-Murphy kind of appointment.

Interesting to hear Iles say the club should have sacked him pre Christmas to give themselves a better chance. Sounds like he feels a sacking has been inevitable a while and they’ve delayed too long. Not often he’s critical. I don't know if you heard last night's Last Word podcast... he's a bit mor...
