I don't think John and Sadlier were going to add much. But I would have liked them replaced. The thing is Evatt bought them. We are at the point where he is discarding aside players he has bought. Whilst I’m happy that John and Sadlier are gone, and I don’t think we needed to directly replace them, we’re terribly lacking in depth at wing back. If either Randy or JDC get injured we’re fecked.

Evatt exclusively plays a wing back system, but we only have two wing backs in the squad (excluding the outcasts). This strikes me as not being ideal.
