Re: Venarated to the top once, will the Wally repeat the Hollow folly? - QPR (H) 15/09/18
Couldn’t believe the amount of corners we had and time and time again we only had five men in the box when they had all 11 in there. Three Bolton players stuck on the half way line. Don’t like it when we try to play football. We don’t have the players or the creativity in the middle to do it. Hit it...

Williams is Premier League quality.
The Olkowski strike was superb.
Declan Rudd in the PNE goal is having a shocker!

First goal was a yard onside. Yanic opening the move with a lovely pass to a PNE shirt.
Second was a lovely goal.
We’ve been nowhere near Preston.

Re: Blunting the Blades and walking on the Wilder side? BWFC v Sheffield Utd 25/8/18
Noone and Ameobi both play in the same position. That is why we aren’t starting them both. The left side looks like a problem position. Buckley has been very poor in the games he's started, and while Wildschutt has done well when he's come on, he also looked poor from the start against Brum. Noone ...

Re: Blunting the Blades and walking on the Wilder side? BWFC v Sheffield Utd 25/8/18
It was absolutely awful. Would love to see how many were in the ground at FT. Norwood was top draw. About 10x better than Lowe and Murphy. Enjoyed watching him play. Can't describe how bad that was today. I'm going to say that's the worst performance I have witnessed under PP. I really hope Williams...

Watched the full game by the pool on a rooftop in Palma, Mallorca. The coverage on iFollow is much improved from last year, not only do we have the completely unbiased commentary from Tower it also has the score and clock like an actual televised game! We were in full control from start to finish. R...

Re: Reconstruction time again: the summer 2018 transfer thread
Jimmy Philips' son played CB for Liverpool in their final preseason game at Anfield tonight, he got released from BWFC last year and LFC snapped him up. Meant to have played well. Wonder if he fancies a season back home?

Re: Reconstruction time again: the summer 2018 transfer thread
I know someone would say that it would be unfair on Connor Hall but if we really are looking for an extra striker option, I’d like us to have a go for Ben Brereton from Forest. He seems to be in and around the starting 11 so it’s probably a non-starter...

Re: Should Phil Parkinson be sacked?
Perhaps interestingly, like Mourinho, Nolan's actual assistant has barely any "proper" footballing experience. https://www.nottinghampost.com/sport/football/what-earth-thinking-richard-thomas-753635 Pep has had an Olympic gold medalist water-polo player on his staff at Barca, Bayern and City. No fo...

2 points from the first eleven games and 1 point from the last eight games. That is 3 points from a possible 57. I remember someone once saying that Parky is streaky... that is streeeeeeeaky. These longer streaks of poor form completely knock the stuffing out of players, staff and fans. I wonder wha...

I' m dismissing him on the basis there is absolutely no evidence he has any of the requisite skills or knowledge to do the job. Added to that he seems dull, has no detectable charisma and his first job ended in failure. You are Jane Austen and I claim my signed copy of Pride and Prejudice... ...

Re: Climbing the Championship tree, or mauled by Tigers? BWFC v Hull 1/1/2018 3pm
Madine was absolutely immense. He made two really good defensive headers from corners really late on before he missed the sitter at the death. His all round game was superb. Burke was superb, didn’t put a foot wrong. I don’t think we played particularly well today and we were lucky to win - a draw w...

Can't believe Vela missed that. Free header 4yards out in the middle of the goal. We were on top and playing with a good tempo. Little had a shocker, poor communication in the box, was keepers ball all day, not a Forrest shirt anywhere near him. Heads out right on to a Forrest players right foot. Ke...

Re: Does Parky have the Balls to find a winning recipe? Bolton v Norwich 4/11/217
Looking really good down the left. Shout outs to Robbo and Armstrong. Armstrong missed a sitter with his head and should have done better when he cut in on the left and made it easy for the keeper when we were 2-0 up. Apart from an early spell of pressure Norwich have been ordinary. Ready to sit bac...
