You got your wish Dr H. Lawro had barely got 'disappointed of Berlin' of his tashless gob and he was creaming his kecks. Just out of curiosity, how does one cream ones kecks? :conf: Oh, lordy! I'm assuming you didn't understand the expression rather than how to achieve said outcome. Kecks are trous...

Been reading this post with great interest. I'm sure most of the theories are bobbins but there are some things that just havent been rationally explained. The biggest one for me is why were no black box recorders recovered? I'd never heard of this happening before (not to say it hasnt), but 4 flig...

seriously, Motson and Lawrenson are just waiting for the picture book Brazil goal so they can go nuts and say something uselessly profound. You got your wish Dr H. Not Even Graeme Le Saux Was Capable Of This From Canadian TV's coverage of Mexico v Iran: Anchorman: "Craig, how will the Mexican goalkeeper approach this game, given what's happened to him this week?" Craig Forrest: "Well, his father passed away on Thursday - he'll be disappointed with that..." Fo...

Re: World Cup Group Stage, Day 5, 13 June

France v Switzerland (5pm) I don't think that anybody will expect anything but a France win today. There underdogs in the games up to now have not done too badly, so we might get to see Switzerland trouble France for a few minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if the Swiss got something from this game. ...

Pity Ferdinand can't wind himself up to playing some football. Actually I thought he was one of the better defenders against Paraguay (or the one who made fewest mistakes). How many times did he pass back to either Neville or Robinson when a pass really wasn't on? He's okay at kicking and he...

Well, since you have used a Canadian publisher the sales should be astronomical. :? Although I believe the work is done, appropriately enough, in Morrisville, North Carolina. Actually, Monty, they came to me posted from Spain, believe it or not, and it took two weeks to get them. I'm er, not...

Blimey, it's a bit dangerous letting us know your name and address TD - I'd heard that SKD and Gertie were out to get you for some of your offcolour sexist remarks. It'll be deleted in the new edition, in a couple of days time. Only went in because when using normal publishers it's a requirement. I...

Typical, since I predicted 2-0 for Japan. It's a good thing I only had to put five bucks in the pool.
