Quite a steep bit after you go over the little bridge but it's not as bad as Cruella.

Tuesday night was the first 'cross country' race in nearly 3 years. I highlight 'cross country' as it's actually a tarmac bicycle circuit in Redbridge. It's a tough 5km which has a hill in it similair in grade but longer than Cruella. You run up it 4 times. Part of the course is completely unlit wh...

10k done in 53:03!!! Hoping official time might be 53 but was hoping for 55ish so chuffed with that.

Staying with my brother and this fiancée in reading this weekend, so did the much flatter reading park run to knock a minute off my pb with 24:54

Kept with the 26 minute pace runner this morning. So over 30 seconds off my PB. Buzzing. Needed that after feeling demotivated the last few weeks. Achilles felt good too. Well done Beefy.
