Boris is a complete no-hope asswipe. I'm not sure I disagree entirely with "He can't be any worse than what we've got", but that's not a reason to vote Boris either. Muppet Shuffle's don't tend to make life better. Anyone found a policy for Boris yet? Red Ken did say he'd bring congestion charging i...

That stadium is god awful. narrow concourses, stained smelly troughs in the bathrooms, and it's in Oakland not so nice area. All concrete. Plus that stupid unusable bleacher section used for the NFL games. It's a shithole. and they market the pitch out all wrong, whether the fook is the penalty box...

Not true, Nozza. There's many on here who would much rather see West Ham, Newcastle United and Manchester City finish below you (to name but three!) :D personally I'd like to see Everton suffer too....I seem to remember being relegated on goal difference once over when they scored a late goal to re...

well the fact that about 4.5 million inidividual people fish and that's more than play/watch football to start with. Unless 50.1% of all sports fans follow football as their primary sport then your assertion is wrong. Most football followers are probably football fans first and foremost, but most s...

And I think he was referring to them as crap for the spectators, B_R Think you're probably right, apart from the fact that the spectators that attend the sports listed would probably disagree. Nobody is suggesting that people who like these sports should be prevented from watching them! The fact is...

Generally speaking - the more you understand a sport, the more you appreciate it. And the more you understand, the more you realise that the top level of most sports can be compelling, and the rest can be dire. Which applies just as much to football as any other game. Leaving aside Wanderers games ...
