Got Knutsford 10km Sunday and Leeds Abbey Dash the week after but my calf is playing silly buggers. Tweaked it warming up for ParkRun on Saturday. Sports massage booked for tomorrow will, hopefully, sort it out.

I'm waiting to see what the Iron Maiden tickets will go on sale for this Friday. I've never seen them in an enclosed space (but twice at Monsters of Rock - Donnington). Not tonight but last night I went to the Octagon Theatre to see a new adaptation of The Book Thief.
It's been written as a musical and is debuting at the Octagon. I'm not much of a reviewer but I can only say I urge you to catch it if you can. Runs until 15th October.
