What the feck were Cameron, the Danish bird and Obama doing taking a 'selfie' at a feckin funeral? Absolute weapons.. Sorry Boris, but, for me, all that's one massive storm in a teacup from reporters looking for sensation. It wasn't a funeral but a celebration of Mandela's death ( edit, make that h...

Re: Nelson Mandela RIP
Has anyone ever encountered a white South African bloke who wasn't an opinionated racist tw*t? Serious question! I spent some time there (in 2008) and met some great people who were not all all like that. I also met some very paranoid white people who were worried that every black person they didn'...

Justice at last for Scientology... Now the Supreme Court decides it's a religion... It looks mad to me, but then... they all do... Oh Christ does that mean Martian terrorists then! As I understand it they are 'parked' in Venus until there is an appropriate human embryo to accept them... This is pro...

Re: Nelson Mandela RIP
A slightly pessimistic view. It's a messed up country for sure, I went there and was amazed by the proximity of slums and gated enclaves on the same road. Hardly surprising that the crime rate is high. What I could see happening is widespread uprising and rioting fuelled by people's anger that the A...

Just been stalked by Sue Nicholls - Audreh off Corrie. I saw her on Deansgate in Manc and an hour later she was stood next to me at the checkout in M&S. If I see her again I think I get to keep her. She was also Miss Popov in Rentaghost, probably sneezed her way next to you http://www.bbc.co.uk/thr...

It's a good business model, and the wines are nicer than the ones I've had from Virgin. Problem with buying so many at once is that I know they are in the house!

Or is that Helen Flanagan-Enfield?

My housemate excitedly paused while flicking through the channel listings to read the blurb on that film. When he discovered that it wasn't a creature feature he carried on and ended up watching Bullseye reruns on Challenge instead. At least it wasn't Sharknado or Pirahnaconda again.
I'll look it up.

What's all this bollocks about not celebrating a goal against a former club?! What's it achieving? Show some feckin passion you plum Not just me then. Re: π = √(4c ) ∑ in Wiggin
I know this one is away, but Wigan are all over the place at the moment and there for the taking. Doubt Rosler can have an effect that quickly (ask Dougie!) so I hope we show a bit of adventure and build on the win in terms of having a go. Obviously the away form has been decent, so I'm not wanting ...

Re: Boro ticketing row
I know one of the stewards, he said there was a row of standing fans all crowded in, about twice as many of them as there were seats. Asked some to move to an empty row, they got aggro and others started shouting the odds around them. Hard to know who escalated it really.

Was thinking exactly the same GtE. Closest I got to physical aggression in sport was a bit of elbow action on the start line. Can't even be bothered with that any more. It certainly wouldn't be considered cricket in a parkrun.
Hope it clears up soon Prufrock.
