Hello Sausages. We posh Sharples types are partial to a little Wild Boar, Chianti & Shallots Sausage whenever possible. They're about £12 a shot though at the Farm Shop at Westmorland Services. Outrageous, but they do have an 85% meat content so they're not your average lard, rusk and sawdust affair...
