Buckley on a short term deal till January. Suggests it is a conscious decision by FV to keep the deals short term, and allow themselves to change direction in January...

So far I have seen us linked with Bridcutt, Jake Wright (CD, Sheffield United, 33), and Stephen Dawson (33, Bury, CM). That would leave us with 9 further players we could sign, unless we let anyone depart. Lets hope the other 9 are wide players, forwards and full backs!

Happy with Hill/Flitcroft. Best option I feel for the situation we are in i.e. young players, low budget, likely journey back from L2, experience of the bottom two divisions. Impressed but not totally surprised with the speed FV are operating. Good to have the managerial team in before the TW shuts....

I mean a quick google suggests Nick Mason (£120m), Keith Morris (£185m), Sharon Brittan (£45m). Then there is Michael James, and possibly Jeff Thomas. Hard to find a number for KA, but I have seen £9m on here, probably £20m now!! (allegedly, possibly, maybe, I really couldn't possibly comment). So ...
