Re: Season Tickets 17/18
I see they now want an extra £20 to give you priority for away tickets. What a con. Can't imagine too many will pay for that

Re: What will we need when we're inevitably in League One next term
Given the money situation, unlikely investment and contact exodus, Saturday now is the biggest game in our recent history. If we stay down i think we either fold next season or certainly go down.

Annoying KO time. Anyone planning to have a beer before the game? Looking like the only option at that time will be Weatherspoons. Rochdale or Oldham?

Re: Iron versus Wheaterbix. Scunthorpe away, Sat 8th April.
See Marc Iles reporting that 10 BWFC fans ended up in hospital after being attacked in Scunthorpe on Sat. Saw a bit of trouble at the Berkely pub after the game. About 10 young lads, one of whom threw two punches at a Bolton fan and managed to punch to wall twice badly damaging his hand. Police then...

Re: Tickets
Just bought 3 for Saturday but selected the print at home option. Anyone give me a clue how the heck I print these? Can't find anywhere on the page to open any printable tickets

Re: Hard to get a Haydon over this one. AFC Wimbledon (H) - 04/03/17 3pm
It was slightly better than Tuesday night's performance, but not good enough. I know we have players out, but just feel that PP is being a bit too defensive minded, at home, to a midtable? team, albeit who beat Scunthorpe on Tuesday. If we had played the majority of the first half like the first 15...

Re: Hard to get a Haydon over this one. AFC Wimbledon (H) - 04/03/17 3pm
Well for 15 mins we played it on the ground and scored. We actually looked good. Then for the next 30 we seemed intent on hoofing the ball and we look like conceding with every attack. Very lucky to be level. This is shocking. Unless something changes, honesty can't see us staying top 6. Garbage

Alnwick yes but watch the game and see how easy it was to run down the right wing. He honestly might as well not have been on the pitch

Re: On parade in the Valley of Glory, or Doom? Bradford (a)
Moxey could not have done worse if he had tried to throw the game. Bradford made a bee line for him. Obvious wreak link. Trotter looked like he was out for a stroll in the sunshine. Not interested in the slightest.

If you think its ok to pick those two you clearly haven't seen either play. Terrible

Rode our luck. Think that's my first non loss away fans in about three years. So much better once Moxey and Trotter went off. Rather get a couple of fans to step in than see either of those clowns start another game. Bradford will winner how they didn't win that.

Re: Would it have been better/cheaper to redevelop Burnden P
There were rumours a few years back, that we were going to sell the Reebok and build a smaller, cheaper stadium near to town. Would this be a realistic option?

Re: Hanging on, January Transfer Window thread 2017
Given the transactions, top half has to be our aim now. I just get the feeling we are treading water until the next financial issue. Administration has been delayed for a few more months. After a brief glimmer of hope, I think we now know that the bottom two leagues is where we will be for the fores...

I agree. Long way from the quotes about not letting our best players go. Think we can forget promotion. Financial survival might be the aim once againbristol_Wanderer3 wrote:On the face of it seems like £2.5m is poor business.
It feels like we were/are in real financial danger if we are accepting that bid.

When Spearing and Clough have an off day we offer nothing. Desperate need of a striker. We were awful today. Not sure I'll ever see us win away again
