Re: Spuds at Home
How big is this game, though? Really? We are level on points with QPR, and have WBA at home to come, followed by a trip to Stoke. Those are the games we should be looking to for the four points we most likely need to survive. Today is a bonus - a great chance to steal a march, but not the be all an...

Aye, cos we immediately identified with Capello didn't we? :? I'm stating why Hodgson is not popular with the media. Capello wasn't popular either, but they stuck with him early doors because of his record and the fact he was somewhat of an unknown quantity to our media.... Didn't take long for the...

Re: Crap Towns
the town where I will be moving has a hotel - and a brown-sign advert proclaiming "the hotel that inspired the idea for Faulty Towers" now... it's NOT the place where it was filmed - but presumably the place where the writer of Faulty Towers had such a shitty stay that he wrote the series... would ...

Re: Spuds at Home
Would actually just put Ryo on to run up and down after bale Yeah he'd run up and down after him, never catching him. I jest, I think Ryo has got great pace. Unfortunately it seems the earlier signs that he was the real deal have faded as the whole league seem to have found he has the one method of...

Re: Bottom 5 fixtures
City winning by one goal at Newcastle will be tough enough. how so - given that wiggin just spanked a shedfull in against them? Cos before that Newcastle had won 6 in a row and they sit fifth in the league. Going there isn't easy. Just ask City's title rivals. none of that would I dispute... but - ...

Seems the papers are dead set against him. As if somehow we're all clamouring for that no-mark down at Spurs. Which is remarkable, as everybody i've spoken to is happy with the appointment. And the Fans representative guy came on the radio saying he was happy enough. And the general consensus of th...

Re: Hodgson....
I'm not sure the England manager should be involved in development. For me... England manager - manages the team and picks the squad (probably could be a part time role). Then we need someone with different skills in a development role. And a good full time scouting and coaching team! IMHO. The Ger...

Re: Bottom 5 fixtures
Didn't West Ham go to Utd on the last day a few years back and get something? It'd be difficult, but I'm not ruling out being f*cked over by results, especially if United now collapse and Citeh coast it. Utd had nowt to play for that day. Whatever happens now, technically City can win the title on ...

I suspect NRC and Eagles will be risked.
I suppose the only way they wouldn't be was if Owen decided West Brom was more winnable and to keep em back for then....

Re: Crap Towns
i think Bury's ok for shopping. Aye look, with shopping it entirely depends what people's needs and wants and likes are. I think Bolton is fine, but then I rarely go shopping and when I do its for as short a time as possible. So somewhere with few decent shops suits me down to the ground. End of th...
