Re: Owen Coyle still right man for Bolton - Jason McAteer
"Owen is a good manager, with great man-management skills, who definitely brings the best out of his players. He will make sure they go in with a positive attitude to every game." if this is the BEST of these players - then they are not good enough. if it's not - then Jason is wrong... hmmmmmmm.......

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round
Would prefer Chelmsford. Not played them from what I can tell. Take your point, but what a dreadful place to have to get to. It's basically Stanstead, and then plenty of A road stuff. At least we'd be able to take in the 'Secret' Nuclear Bunker at Kelvedon Hatch though, which is on my list of 'must...

He could sort you out with a nice bit of wood at Anthony Axfords though?coffeymagic wrote:Felgate was a great shot-stopper but his handling sometimes let him down. I wouldn't have trusted him to hold on to a slippery new born child.
Especially if he was hopping around with a broken foot.

Re: Gartside
To be fair to Gartside he had just been talking about Stuart Holden so I think he just got a bit tongue tied when moving on to 'Stuart' Parker. The presenters never picked him up. The whole broadcast was a bit tawdry like I sad but that's 606 (Great show lads, he's lost the plot, I'm a nugget) for ...

I was conceived on the roof of the Burnden Terrace and the midwife at my birth was Dave "The Cat" Felgate, therefore my opinion is greater than yours.... Ah, if only you'd put the roof of the Burnden embankment that would have been tops for funny. But I don't know no posh words like what you...

Re: Gartside
Geeez what b/s He was on 606 on five live around half an hour ago and was spot on. Main points from the interview; * Any team would struggle with 11 players injured, preached further patience but admitted the fans had a right to be disapointed. * Hinted heavily his disagreement with the Cahill send...

Re: Gartside
Just heard Gartside on GMR and he says he isn't worried about our situation.... Really? Hmmm. There was an interview with him, he said he's not bothered as "we're only 3-4 points off mid-table". Sorry, didnt mean for it to sound like I doubted you, just a puzzled "hmmm". Don't worry! Pretty unbelie...

Team Sheet for Everton: Jussi: Not looking 100% but still ok. Wheater: Ok, but from a Championship side, not proven in Prem. Cahill: Star man, but on his bike in January. Re: Cold Mashed Spuds v Bolton (the official match thread).
Funnily enough I was stuck in a hotel in deepest Darwen or somewhere, for my daughters wedding, when I experienced utter joy at Bolton beating Spurs. 2-0 up and being fed updates by a hoard of kids bribed with fifty pence pieces who were watching TV in a side room I was distraught when told it was ...

I wouldn't question that at all. I think he's the right man for the job, we just need more on the coaching side. Maybe keep Coyle and get some coaching help?boltonboris wrote:Course it is (along with the players)
