Been browsing the board sine the lads went to aisia and thought it best I introduce myself.

Im Pete 26 been a wanderer for 16years
I moved to canada this year and feel the loss of going to the reebok drinking flat fosters and waiting 45 mins in a que for a luke warm pie, served to me by someone who cant speak english let alone bolton.
My first games were at burnden but not many. I remeber slagging some stoke player for injuring Nicky Spooner (who I think is a pe teacher in rochdale now).
I have sat in all four stands at the reebok but love it in the east lower.
I have never been as wet in my life as when we played Zenit st peterburg
My fave player combo was Blake/Mcginley
My fave player would have to be Super John
My Best memories are The cardiff playoff final and being at the Bolton/villa game when we were 3-0 up in 17 mins and me and my mates were going mental

Welcome along, chap. You aren't the only Wanderer based "north of America", as Monty would hate to hear it called...

We've already made contact although he, poor chap, is on the prairies. This is hard to explain but culturally it's a bit like living in the Grampians while topologically it is a lot flatter.

Hi to Bigzippy and to fellow Canadian Trotter fans (and of course the rest of you). Glad to see that Montreal Wanderer didn't side with the Scousers because of Mr.Gillette's purchase.

You mean 'lucking' is not special jogging terminology for maintaining a certain speed over long distances?
