Some more Bier and Wurst

Hi!
I'm a german fan of Schalke04 and have been fancying Bolton since they played Bayern München in the UEFA-Cup, last but not least because "Habsi" means "Got 'em" in german. Seems ridiculous, but I've read studies that say the hardest fanships sprout of the most stupid reasons. Can't object.
However, I'm sending greetings from Krautland and hope to find a funny lot here to discuss Premier League and Bundesliga as well.

Welcome Fraulein. A lot of my German comes from Benny Hill so I am not sure it would be appropriate.

Welcome, Fraulein. You just made me laugh with that response... I failed German at secondary school with the lowest possible grade, so can't remember enough for you to translate. Glad you did better in English. Enjoy.

Surely that should be "aber ein", since "man" in that context means "one" as in "It's time for ones afternoon tea".
Whereas in the context of the song, it's one as in the number...
I think.
But I'm not very good on with German. French, I can manage - "Ou sont les chats?"
And a bit of Spanish - "Donde estan los gatos?".
But that's it.

Well, I'm not sure about the use of "Das Geben" for the present continuous tense.
But it may be correct. And if so, where should it go in the sentence? Second? At the end? Or just where you put it - it looks to be a noun there....
As I said, I don't know German.
