Sky Sports influence on Sport in the Uk

Post by Chris89 » Fri Jan 14, 2011 12:44 pm

Hi everyone,
I am a marketing student at the University of Strathclyde. I am currently doing my dissertation on Sky Sports, it is currently celebrating 20 years on the television and I am hoping to conduct some research on its influence on the sports in the UK in those 20 years, good and bad. This includes the shift to more of an entertainment field, the power of the media, any bias towards certain sports and women in sport.
I have a questionnaire to fill in from the link below, it will only take 5 minutes and your time would be much appreciated and would help a great deal in the research for my dissertation.

Thanks again
Chris Bradshaw

As a spectator sport it's pretty crappy.

Sky was a good idea that turned sour quite quickly, William and his henchmen may have a few good ideas on this subject.
