Stuart Holden & the way forward.

Will somebody please update me on Stuart Holden? Now that Dougie Freedman is installed I hope he will review the whole squad and get rid of any dead wood. Owen Coyle must be the unluckiest manager ever but he had to go to get some confidence back.

Hiya Dave. Stuart Holden is a figment of your imagination. You must put aside imaginary friends. Coyle wasn't unlucky, well he was maybe, but it didn't overwhelm his other main lack; and I don't think he's gone to Confidence School.

IIRC it's between Adam's Wood and Old Woman's Wood, not that far from where Harold got an arrow in his eye.
Welcome btw.

EAST SUSSEX but I started going to Burnden Park in 1949 when I lived up Tonge Moor near Nat's pub!

I left Bowt'n in 1959. Who is Tango? Is anybody going to watch the lads v Brighton? If they are let me know and I'll arrange to meet before the game.

Tonge Moor is still stuck in 1959, so is the state of the road surface...so you've probably missed nowt.

I was ten, thank you Mr Clown and a two-year supporter by then  ( I do remember the Castle pub though, next door to The Casino.)

What's the update on Stuart Holden? Boy do we need him. I cannot see any money being made available for new signings in January as Burnden Leisure plus Moonshift are so much in debt. Without being too pessimistic I see us hovering over the pit of doom for the rest of this Season. If the Posh can slip 5 past Bogs, admittedly on a dodgy pitch, what hope have we got?
