I grew up on Walmersley Road, so Rammy is 2 mins away.

Do you live Upper Ramsbottom?

I used to play for Walmersley Wanderers. Lost one game 35-0. Played the same team a fortnight later and lost 37-0.

Welcome, Benis, have fun.

Hi Ben welcome. I originally come from Leigh and have been supporting Bolton for over 55 years so I'm one of the oldies on here, and as such can't make much sense of your text speak. Hence it will be very difficult for me to answer any of your postings if you continue in that style. Welcome anyway.

Like you I started supporting Bolton as a young guy and had a season ticket from being about 8. As I live in Australia now I don't get to see many live matches as I don't get back to the UK very often, but will be there next April and will get to the Everton (H), Wigan (A) and Reading (H) games. My son still lives in South Manchester and supports the whites and we are considering taking my grandson to either the Everton or Reading games even though he will only be 4. His birthday is on the 13th April so it could be a birthday present for him, he's had a Bolton kit from being about 6 months old.

Try to write longer sentences please, like your grandad we would find it much easier to read. :D
