Some of us used a generic chat service during games where a chat window opened in TW - It didn't last too long - two games maybe.

Nope. It takes up a lot of bandwidth and his much harder to control. From what I have seen on other sites you end up with 'friends' or 'groups' congregating in these little chat rooms which take traffic away from the main forums.

takes a fair bit of memory usage on the server too, just slows things down in my experience unless you're running on a fancy server

Costs quite a bit to upgrade to that sort of server - deffo not worth it, especially when they could just use MSN

So they like to tell us...yet they always manage to be pissed permanently...unless they are raiding the chem lab
