The time

It might just be my laptop messing up or it could be the my settings on the TW.
But my time and date is in code e.g e83Wednesday585703
When i want it Wednesday, 15:14pm
How do i sort it out?

Click on profile at the top of your page.

Scroll down, then directly above where your avatar is displayed, it says time. Try there.

Ive tried all that but its still the same, all it says is gmt, gmt +1 and so on, im on gmt + 2 at the moment but even when i just had it as gmt it still does it

Right, copy and paste this into the bit that says "Date Format":

D M d, Y g:i a

and it should work.
