I was out so didn't know what happened, but was probably this as it's the server we reside on:
An issue was identified with the server7.xenserve.com server at 14:27:05 (GMT) May 05, 2009. 34SP.com engineers have been notified and are presently looking into this problem. Further updates will be posted by our support team, should the problem require extended analysis/correction.
Update 14:52 (GMT): A engineer has been dispatched to look into this server as it is not responding to our remote access.
Update: 19:30 The server has now been completely restored. The failure related to bad RAM in the server. Following the installation of new RAM, we also had to run a full disk check in order to ensure data integrity. Everything checked out and all services should now be back online.
