Life of Brian is incredibly and intelligently written.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.

My judgement for funny, is fairly simple. Did it make me laugh? Life of Brian had me in fits when it was released and still raises a giggle when I watch it now. Happy to watch other stuff to see if it makes me laugh more.
