Aye it is. Getting rid of the 'would you like to review what everyone else typed before posting' thing would make a huge difference. On match day it can take 10 submits before you get anywhere. Multiply that by 30-40 people and you've significantly increasing server load over what it would be.

Indeed, and in these times, we all want to get our "fecking spineless w@nkers" post in three times a match, without having to review everyone elses offerings of "ffs", "sh1t" and the like.

There may not be a widget in the control panel, but a clever sod like Kev will be able to find the bit of relevant code and comment it out If not, I'm sure there'll be a hack out there for it.

You can turn the feature off (assuming PHPBB 3)

We're version 3.0.8 but that option isn't there.
Mind, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that I'm too blind or too stupid to see it...
