Reducing a full message box

Post by bobo the clown » Sat Feb 01, 2014 4:54 pm

Following a PM I got from someone who's message box is full he's how to delete some messages.

It's from memory, but pretty sure it's correct.

===============================

..... you tick on the right of the messages you want to get rid of. Then go to the very bottom and there's a "what action do you want to take ?" drop down box. Find and select "delete marked" and then press "Go".

You'll be asked "are you sure" and you say yes.

Messages deleted.

Twas me, and as usual user error came into it. After you do all that you nrrd to hit on the YES button, which on a windows phone is so small it would fit on the hair of a gnat's bollock...
But cheers bobo, sorted now.

Nah, I just broadcast a help message to all those that'd pm'd me.
I obviously needed to clear one in to get many out, what I couldn't understand was why after deleting many I still couldn't reply. I now know why. :P

Which was why I replied here ... though I did also reply directly.

Should have added, for the interest of others, that you then need to check the line in red at the very top which then allows stacked-up mails to be released to you.

Spotty, I'm heart broken. I thought I was special !! :hang:
