Mackems land Richardson

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Prob for more than £2m too.

Shame, wouldn't have minded us lot signing him. Got bags of potential.

Around £5.5m. Wow. £10m for him and Chopra: I just saw the ghost of Tore Andre Flo.

History shows that he plays well in a poor team. He had his best ever form while playing for WBA. I think he might shine at Sunderland.

Theres an interview with Richardson on SSN where he says not only how much of a massive club Sunderland is, but also that they are looking for a CL finish.

To aid them in this quest, they've signed that well known international superstar, Dickson Etuhu from Norwich.

What's really insulting is the implication that Richardson is nearly 3 times better than Jaaskelainen.

all about contracts HP

transfer fees no longer imply worth, unless Okocha was worthless

Good signing.

England International, 22, versatile.

As long as his slag of a cousin stays darn sarrf then I'll be happy.

Debateable, especially at the price.

Because he was 'playing' for United. Expect that to finish now he's gone to Sunderland.

Doesn't have a position that he's any good enough in to call his own.

Since you're both around, Nozza and Blurred, and you've both rated him as more valuable than Jaaskelainen...

A bargain?

Knowing what we know now, how much would we pay for a 5 years younger Jussi? (I know Gordon is more than 5 years younger...)
