Lets all laugh at Newcastle!!!

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Because as much as we recognise how sh*t we have been playing, you tw*ts will now be thinking you could have a late charge on Europe!

Hopeless, deluded, pied F*ckwits to a man.
I don't think any of us think that, although we're enjoying the fantastic management shown at your club to sell Anelka and get Rasiak in as a replacement.

Really? I had you down as not giving a tin shit, what with us being tiny and you being massive, as represented in your trophy cabinet and post-decimalisation European memories.

I see yer man Owen's coming into goalscoring form just as summer rolls around. Well, I say "yer man"...

I just hope we don't sell him and replace him with a Championship standard player, how stupid would that be?

Or perhaps Megson was planning for net season by signing Championship standard players?

The Pole's only on loan, to most people's relief. We don't tend to regularly make high-profile, high-risk, high-expense signings which go awfully wrong; we leave that to the experts. And while Rasiak's arrival has sparked much irk, we all knew Anelka was going to leave if a Champions League club came in... that's the big-boys' competition y'all expect to qualify for

Was in the pub last night and after a fair few jars got into a heated debate with my Newcastle fan mate. Basically it got into a 'your club is going down' vs 'your club has spent £Godknows and your happy with avoiding relegation.'. Then he started talking about how Newcastle are a massive club, fanbase etc. Before long he was on about past glories like being in the champions league and loyalty with having Alan Shearer (that was mentioned alot for some reason). I just don't geddit.

Then my other mate piped and talked about Leeds being a massive club and I realised I was in a nuthouse.

Anyone seen that story in the news about scientists developing embryo's that are part human and part cow? Is it a coincidence that it's taking part at Newcastle University? I think not. They claim that the embryo's won't be implanted into women, but I think they're lying. It would go some way to explaining the occupants of St James' Park.

I suppose it not happening in Bolton explains all of the empty seats?

As a percentage Oba what's the chances of you coming back with retort that is

a) witty
b) original

I guarantee if you manage one or both you will be made to feel more than welcome on this largely self-deprecating site.

We KNOW we're not very good. What's your excuse?
