Nugent looking sharp

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Nugent looking sharp

Just watching Spurs V Pompey

Nudger looks dangerous everytime he gets the ball, missed two really good chances but stuck away a lovely effort, albeit with a slight deflectkion.. Lennon is also looking the player he was 18 months ago

A great entertaining game for a Sunday afternoon. How bad was Bent's miss though?!

Terrible, considering that apart from his finishing, there isn't much else to his game

In my humble opinion, not as bad as Zaki's the other day.

Nope, but that created it's own new league of bad misses. Bent's was still a shocker however!

One of his misses was ridiculous though. When he was put through. I once insisted Nugent was the way forward for us. After watching the spuds game I was trying to find a rock to hide under

The good thing in that match, is that nugent never scored a premierleague goal for pompey, because redknapp never started him, when he gets started he scores against redknapp
