Listen to the radio clip in the article.

There's a lot of squirming going in the clip.

Viva La Portable Radio!
Here is a better one of Savage during the Villa - West Ham game. Loveable Savage gets smashed in the face from a clearance, knocking his headphones off and blooding his nose.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I still love him for the goal at Wrexham. And showing his arse to the Burnden Paddock.
Not so keen on the golden-haired Welsh Wastrel, though.

I have to say, Boris, that I'm certainly warming to him. Listening to him yesterday (not long before he took that one to the face) he actually chastised professional footballer that try to hide behingd the excuse that their 'tired' because they've had to play two games in four days, basically calling them unfit.boltonboris wrote:That was great listening! May the bridges I burn light your way
I think that he's quite a good pundit and always seems to voice his opinion well, doesn't pussy foot around at all, just gets the the point.
A bit like his playing style really.
He's one of those players, if he plays for you you'll love him, if he doesn't he is the anti-christ.
Hello El Hadji Diouf!

I may be in a minority with Ratbert here, but I can't help thinking that he comes across as a complete barrel of monkey spunk once the issue of the crowd paying the underperforming players wages is broached. You're sh*t and overpaid Robbie, what have you got to say about that then?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.
