QPR film

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

QPR film

Post by Ianmooreslovechild » Mon Mar 05, 2012 5:37 pm

Dont know if anyone caught this last night. Fly on the wall documentary following QPR from takeover to warnock getting them up. Amazing how involved the board where and how they tried to influence selections. Worth catching on I Player. Surprisingly random how a club can be run.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Briatore isn't a bit of a tit. He's a massive tit.

Really interesting documentary, I thought; well worth a watch (at least the beginning bit when they're a basket-case club, not so much fun when they start to win things).

Loved Warnock's Ron Manager impression tho you've got to say compared to the other managers he comes across as knowing what he's doing. Also confirmation if it were ever needed that 80% of footballers are thick as pig shit.

Cheers CH. Football clubs in the country are run by mentalists, aren't they?
