Ambitious Blackburn

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Total respect to the Venky's if they get this guy in !

Stunning. Absolutely stunning.

The last time I recall a bunch of utter amateurs taking over a club and used it as a play-thing was Chester when an ex American footballer bought them, introduced new coaching methods and even, at one point, selected himself.

If it wasn't Jackburn it'd be a crying matter.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

Love the way he denies being involved in training whilst driving away from the training ground in a track suit...

:D I remember that. His justification being that's the system that works perfectly well in 'Gridiron'. The nice person.

That's a great theory. Flirt Kean when he was near the top, because he'd want to strengthen for a promotion push in Jan. Bring in someone shit, sack em just before the window opens and replace them when it closes.

No need to spend any money.

Probably is, but probably also a symptom of them not being able to make a decision. Two guys working for Blackburn here in the UK, when going for Berg, both approached different people to offer them the job, now knowing what each other were doing.

Then it goes back to the owners in India who rarely agree with each other. By that time prospecitve candidate is well peed off.

This, now this, on the official Blackburn website is priceless.

Could they be any more embarrassing?

If you are at work, please be careful as it may cause you to spontaneously burst out in laughter. I did, but thankfully I have my own office!
