Quite a few reds would say the same, though. Whether it's a post-Athens fallout, getting blasé having been to two finals in three years or what I'm not sure, but the feeling is there about the league this year in a way it hasn't been for years, and quite a few aren't all that bothered about the Champions League. Wouldn't go as far as 'not giving a shiny shite', but decidedly less bothered about it than the league.

And while it'd be horrible for the club, a season or two in the Waffa would be brilliant - would feck off all the post-Istanbul/Athens gloryhunting charlies and we'd get some good trips in, too

2 - won only 1 of 5 home games

And now with Agger, Alonso, Mascherano and Torres all out for reasonable spells, it could be an interesting couple of weeks ahead.
