I think you would find Ronaldo's wage demands would make him unbuyable for any club bar City!

Oh I dunno I think PSG or Monaco would have a go
Sorry I was talking English prem teams.

True dat
(now QPR are relegated!) :wink:

They couldn't afford Ronaldo's wages and he wouldn't want to go there.

Spurs have bought some very serious talent and if you think otherwise then you clearly don't know as much as you let on about football and players.

Once they sign up Willian they will have one serious player on there hands.

As for the Bale deal being announced, I don't know what the hold up is.. Guillem Balagué was on the radio last night saying it was all done and dusted and he knows everything about what happens transfer wise in Spain.
Ok then Chris money where your mouth is time where will they finish?

San? I think both north London clubs will struggle, I don't think Tottenham will finish in the top 4.

Failed to turn up for training. Probably sent home under a cloud. Round about this time I would be hoping that Spurs could afford to park him in the reserves and remove him from the shop window. Failing that goes to the senors and flops miserably.

SSN have grossly overestimated how much this whole situation impacts on my life. I keep switching it on to see if Dougie Freedman has signed Ronaldo yet and all they can do is talk about Gareth Bale.

Nipped out at lunch and heard some plum on the radio say;

"If Man Utd can buy Bale for £80m and get £40m from Chelsea for Rooney then it means that Bale's only cost them £40m".

(a) The c*nt was being serious
(b) This remark went completely unchallenged
(c) I don't think it was Dan
