Front page of The Sun. Wherever Allardyce lays his hat, the B-word is not far behind.

Interesting, and yet sordid, little tale.

Hmmmm. You would have to ask how a tailor is involved in the transfer of a footballer. This doesn't look good for Allardyce. Whether he is completely innocent or otherwise it doesn't look good!

" .... he told The Sun how he reluctantly handed over the first £5,000 in an envelope full of notes before transferring £15,000 directly into Black's account, then parting with a giant cheque for £30,000"
A giant cheque, see. It was for a charity !!!!
i just love the way the Sun phrases things ... "Black .... admitted taking money from married Givet, Rovers Players' Player of the Year last season". So, married eh ! That's worth adding to the story.
Now, about Rumpus Lingerie, whereI feel the real story lies ......

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

The most shocking thing there is that Givet has 13 caps for France

I think he's quite a good player to be honest. Certainly good enough for most Premier League teams.jimbo wrote:The most shocking thing there is that Givet has 13 caps for France

I agree, he's alright, but just assumed France had better options there.boltonboris wrote:I think he's quite a good player to be honest. Certainly good enough for most Premier League teams.jimbo wrote:The most shocking thing there is that Givet has 13 caps for France

Dear Footballing Gods
I think you have been pretty rough to BWFC since about March. To make up for it I would be made up if you could fix it for me (thanks Jim) for Blackburn Rovers and Wigan Athletic to be relegated from the premiership tomorrow. Failing that, just Blackburn will do.
Amen
