Bizarre - he can't be the Manager because his work permit isn't right, so he'll do everything a Manager does, but that's ok because he's not called "Manager"?

I think his official title will be "team Leader".

I think if he's "caught" managing the team on Saturday, he should be deported for breaching the terms of his work permit.
