That it's going to lose its mind

"Ashley Young given six-month driving ban"
When I first saw the headline I read "diving ban".
If only.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Not getting into Europe at this rate, which is when the budget wheels come off for a club like them.
If only we were winning I could be really enjoying this.

Apparently Vidic is to exit on a Bosman this summer. He wants "new challenges" and plans to move to a new club and indeed a new country.
Now I know he's had his injuries but when you look at the Stretford team these days I see a lot of players who are not of the quality they are used to. Vidic has always seemed to be one of their indisputably capable players. Boy will he take some replacing .... & no fee either.
Clunk .... "What was that ?" ..... "oh, just another wheel coming off".

Like someone else said, its a shame that we are crap as their demise is quite entertaining.

Last season they were something like 60 odd % win rate with Vidic, 30 off percent without. They'll miss him.
But Moyes won't be able to keep him fit, as apparently doesn't subscribe to the concept that some players have to train differently to others.

Also see Mr Van Persie for the above. And check out some of the comments by Raymond Verheijen

I know, in the Big Sam days we'd have had a chance of finishing above them.jaffka wrote:Like someone else said, its a shame that we are crap as their demise is quite entertaining.

I've only just discovered this thread.
And found a reason to visit 'Other Footie'
I always liked David Moyes, but now I'm starting to love him.

Vidic has been a monster for them hasn't he. I suppose Ferdinand's age and Vidic's ageing were the reason for signing Jones and Smalling in advance, to train them up as replacements. We'll see how good they are next year and if anyone can decide which position either play in.

I thing Jones (surely football's ugliest man ... now Neil Whatmore isn't even playing 5-a-side) and Smallung have proven to be supremely inadequate replacements. Which is lovely.

Just been copied into an email from our Shenzhen office aimed at my manager..
dear ********,
good to know you're a big fans of ManUtd for more than 30 years, i started to watch their game in a final fa cup in 1996, as far as i can remember, it's against arsenal.
thought it's a little bit faraway for ManUtd to get champion qualifications, we still have chance to make a history, God bless ManUtd.
