Ambitious Blackburn

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

“He has lost the crowd and as a result of this evening’s game has lost the dressing room as well – the players no longer want to play for him. It is a shame and disappointing but we must act now to save the club. The board should be asked their opinion in who should be the new manager.”

I wonder at what point Coyle reached this stage?

They sacked the bloke who wrote that letter this morning.
They're dirty, they're filthy, they're never gonna last.

Wigan at home.

"End", as the kids say, "of".
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

Really? Quite incredible. Is that why this letter got out or was he sacked because this letter got out, I wonder?

Quite a decent piece in today's Independent about foreign ownership and inward investment.

I imagine he'd phoned them the other night and said "I told you so" so they replied "Fvck off, you're sacked" and he said "Ner ner, I have this letter"
"I've got the ball now. It's a bit worn, but I've got it"

Our kid is a mate of a mate of one of the kids that got chucked into their defence this year. Hear some good stories. Kean gave the kid his debut. He rates him as a brilliant coach but a shite manager. At half time during one game, Pedersen had a do at him, and he Kean told him he was a glorified ball boy, there for throw ins. Brilliant!

Mr Venky says"You'll be laughing on the other side of your faces when we get Pele in as manager and sign Raul and Socrates" then in an unfortunate Brown moment believing the mic is off "Are you quite sure there is no relegation from the championship? It's just we were told the original franchise did not involve relegation and we dont want to be making the same mistake again"

Aye. Shit managers out. Season of rebuilding whilst Fulham implode, get relegated, Preston come back up and we're all set!

Hot off the presses.

Summary- Kean calls Big Sam a crook and that he failed to see the potential in Phil Jones.
