That looks like a reasonable defence, but actually says to me, we've been screwing you for at least 8 years, because the increases have been bugger all since then. Congratulations. Long may it continue.

One of them [the arsenal fans] held aloft a small, A4-sized placard, which read: “Enough is enough. Wenger out.” A steward quickly moved in to confiscate it. The club have a policy to remove such items on safety grounds because they risk sparking argument among fans.

also - it is kinda odd that the away bench & staff basically sit in an unsegregated block amongst the arsenal fans at the Emirates...

Gary Lineker has criticised supporters who booed Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
A video appears to show Wenger, 65, being jeered by fans when boarding a train following his side's 3-2 Premier League defeat at Stoke on Saturday.
"Just saw the Wenger abuse video," tweeted former England striker and BBC Sport presenter Lineker.
"Disgustingly disrespectful and totally inexcusable, regardless of any football results."
