Ooooof great chance for City there, Silva an inch away from making it 3-2.
Will City regret that later on?

Silly boy Henderson. Might not cost them today but could still do later.

Top game of football...City unlucky not to get at least one pen, but great for the neutral to watch.

Yeah it was a great game. Shows how tight football is nowadays. An inch or two less on the pass from Aguero and Silva scores, and Citeh probably win.Worthy4England wrote:Top game of football...City unlucky not to get at least one pen, but great for the neutral to watch.
A mistake from Kompany a few mins later and Liverpool do.
Irrespective of tactics and systems and players the game was decided by such marginal things on the day.
Liverpool now massive favourites for the league.

Yep. I guess though Chelsea probably have to win all their games now, including at Anfield, barring a Liverpool cock up or two....a1 wrote:dont they still have chelsea ?

Chico Flores sent off. You can never get enough of seeing that cheating, pony-tailed prick given his marching orders.

Lost his pony tail now. And a terrible defender whenever I've seen him.Bruce Rioja wrote:Chico Flores sent off. You can never get enough of seeing that cheating, pony-tailed prick given his marching orders.
What he was thinking today with those challenges god only knows.
Willing Chelsea on here otherwise I think it makes it too easy for Liverpool. But Chelsea have been poor so far.

Re: Tonight's Football
Delighted to see Liverpool win today. Was a great game and a great advert for the premier league. One bug bear though - the number of players going down so easily looking for a penalty

can just see the coroners classic 'misadventure' verdict coming out if that had gone any further.jmjhb wrote:

Suarez is still a diving cnut. Should have gone. Clattenburg bottled it.

He's like a better Diouf. A parody of himself now.Prufrock wrote:Suarez is still a diving cnut. Should have gone. Clattenburg bottled it.
Still the best striker in the premiership as it stands.....

Twattenburg was never going to send him off yesterday.. Of all days.
He and Gerrard could've stabbed a couple of City players and they'd only get a telling off.

If Chelsea beat Liverpool then City will win the league by one point wont they? Providing they win all of their games of course.
