If I were an Arsenal fan I would be very worried for the rest of the season. They look devoid of any ideas, no defence or midfield or attack. May be time for Arsene to say au revoir.

I need comfort and TLC Caps, not a request to 'get my baps out'!
I am worried, we were useless today - though the side we put out, decimated by injury (not our fault) and suspension (probably our fault
) resembled something Wenger would normally play in a carling cup game. Arshavin, Walcott and Ramsey were especially poor, Vermaelen and Szczesny were awesome and Frimpong had a cracking full debut other then the stupid, fully deserved sending off, but apart from those 3 we were dire.
Liverpool were pretty rubbish though - didn't score until we were down to 10 men, both possibly offside and one a tragic own goal. Hardly set the world alight...
Losing Kos too means Wengers got to buy - surely?

Liverpool were rubbish? You got Wengers glasses on? They dominated the game, more chances on target, didn't get out of second gear for me.

I've heard words to that effect, quite recently.Gooner Girl wrote:

yeah, i don't actually think they played that well at all, its just we were far worse. They didn't actually show any sign they could actually get OUT of 2nd gear.Annoyed Grunt wrote:Liverpool were rubbish? You got Wengers glasses on? I agree with GG. I thought Liverpool were poor and the game was evenly matched until the sending off.
If those 2 play like that against us we have good chance of points. They won't though.

Also thought both teams were crap.
Now rumours are floating around that Wenger is after Kaka. An extremely gifted footballer who are far as I can recall is now beset with injuries. Is this a pisstake or a serious concideration? Wenger takes physically healthy players and turns them into wrecks, what will he do with a person already 70% of the way there. A very high risk if he expects Kaka to be his saviour this season.

That 'tackle' by Frimpong was an absolute shocker.. I heard Wenger was moaning about the first yellow, conveniently overlooking the fact that had he not already been booked, he'd have gotten a deserved straight red.
Feckin' leg breaker.. The Booing Gunners would've been apoplectic if someone did a similar one to one of their lads

If you'd watched the match, you'd have bet the guy wasn't going to last the full 90 from before he got his first booking.boltonboris wrote:That 'tackle' by Frimpong was an absolute shocker.. Re: Diving Arsenal Players - The Least Shocking Admission Ev
My brother and i said the same after he was initially booked so early on into the game. Was a stupid, reckless challenge, fully deserving of a straight red, let alone 2 yellows but i think he was one of only 3 Arsenal players that had a good game so gutted to see him go off, reckon he;s gonna be a cracking player
2 yellows means a one match ban rather then a 3 match ban - doesn't it? Which is just as well considering how stretched we are by injuries...

Yes it's a one game ban. Don't worry though I'm sure Wenger has a few new injury prone replacements to buy shortly.Gooner Girl wrote:My brother and i said the same after he was initially booked so early on into the game.
