It's about time somebody started this thread!

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

No European competitions next season. They could have and probably will have a Liverpool type season and be up there at the end.

I suspect many of their "free" midweeks they'll be in Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, Miami playing exhibition matches. Not mentally intense but still tiring and with the potential for injuries.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Unfortunately, I can see our fun being spoilt now :( He will bring in the right players and turn them around. Van Persie will be creaming in his pants and score 50 goals next season.

Not that I would normally wish injury on anyone cos its mean, but fingers crossed ;)

One of my personal high points of last season was Van persie winning sod all. Closely followed by Ashley Cole not having the best of times either!

A sentiment I think we can all get behind!

I'm nervous Moyes wasn't given enough time.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

With those 2 can you blame me? They are up in my top 5 hated footballers along with Teddy Sheringham, Nani and Adebayor. Oh, and I don't have much time for Ronaldo either though hate him less now he is not at Man Utd anymore ;)

I thought Bolton were your second team? You should take it as read then that Aldrdge is an unmitigated w**ker.

We are talking John Aldridge - ex Liverpool and Tranmere? Just to be clear?

What's he done that's so offensive? (other then a fair amount of dodgy facial hair over the years)
