don't think they'll win it but they've a v good chance of top 4. Love to see that. Jamie Vardy is my new favourite player.

Re: Tonight's Football
What a very decent game of footbll and a cracking effort from Exeter. Was also impressed with the young lad we almost had on loan, Texiera. Clever on the ball and not frightened to get stuck in.

Bogdan can forget his Liverpool career right now. He's on his way or training with the kids. A shame, cos I liked him when he was here.

Re: Tonight's Football
I recall one of his first proper games for us, against Chelsea at the Reebok & he spectacularly messed up for at least 2 of the goals.LeverEnd wrote:Bogdan can forget his Liverpool career right now. He's on his way or training with the kids. A shame, cos I liked him when he was here.
Then that phase where he developed the habit of palming the ball out to oncoming strikers.
I guess he's a nervy player until he settles.
I wonder if clubs like Liverpool allow you time to settle. We'll see who is selected for the replay.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Tonight's Football
He might get time if the manager who signed him was still there, or if Mignolet was champions league standard. As it is he will be shunted off somewhere, probably back to the championship. It's a shame because I really like the lad.

Re: Tonight's Football
It's mental. He was shite for us for us for years. Then came back from one injury, with competition from Lonergan, and suddenly had this confident about him. Was excellent from then on. Clearly gone back several steps.

Re: Tonight's Football
Strange, because I've seen every one of his home games and some of his away games, yet have seen no evidence of this from a keeper that's happy to watch a ball come through the six yard box right in front of him.Prufrock wrote: Was excellent from then on.

(This afternoon's actually).
Strangely looking forward to this one. It'll be my second tv game of the season (after us v I forget - how can I forget our only televised game. Was it Fulham?).
Klippety versus the Liquid Propane Gas. Light touchpaper and stand back. I reckon one of these fxckers will be making way for Mourinho in the summer. Most have that odds on as being LPG. Me, not so sure.

They got their comeuppance against Carolina. I want whoever wins out of Carolina and Arizona to win the Superbowl, dislike the Brady and Manning.

^^Wondered the same when he came on. Squirted water over his face and down his shorts. All the more strange since it was lashing it down at the time. Weird.Bruce Rioja wrote:What the very 4uck is this youth up to here?
