Not just you about Milner. Been disappointed with him all tourney. I think he's only starting, so Roy can show he makes positive substitutions.

That said, thought he did marginally more tonight than in his other run-outs thus far.

Please share with us how you'd flick some or other switch that transforms and under-the-cosh side into one of attacking prowess, and how come you've been overlooked for the England job for so long?
