I thought that, but out friend Wiki says not ..... but there is one very important line in this extract ;boltonboris wrote:Didn't he have a pretty ill-fated spell somewhere in the past? Lower / Non-league, or have I imagined that??jaffka wrote:Tim Sherwood is being lined up.
Louise bloody Rednapp, a vacuous bimbo if ever there was one. Before joining the coaching staff at Spurs Sherwood was a pundit for Setanta Sports on their Premier League coverage.
Since 2005 has run Icon Magazine with Jamie Redknapp and Louise Redknapp, a role he will maintain alongside his responsibilities at White Hart Lane.
He was reported on 27 October 2008 to be considering a job offer as a coach with Tottenham Hotspur by new manager Harry Redknapp. He took up the offer and joined the Spurs coaching staff on 31 October 2008

Re: Ambitious Blackburn
They'll insist he wins all three but Shebby Singh will monitor the chanting to see if Venky's as a global brand are being unfairly tarred with the basting brush... and if they are, then Kean's stuffed (ah Keano!)boltonboris wrote:To do what? They're second in the league... he doesn't need to 'turn things around'..
Or are they going to give him some unreasonable 'goal-difference' type demands for the next 3?

i am confused is this going back to what that nutter shebby singh said "if steve kean looses 3 games he will be sacked" i.e this is a warning or what. whatever the case i think a collapse of their title challenge is imminant and these talks have made things worse rather than better i.m.o
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.
Re: Ambitious Blackburn
I hope Venky's rip the club apart and then sell them to another bunch of clueless billionaire's.

They're mental! Going down, fans hate him, we'll stick with him but not spend any money. Wait to get relegated then buy an £8m striker, secon din the league then look at sacking him?! Madness.
Surprised Gary Flitcroft's name hasn't been more prominent.

Even more confusion, the mad house continues.
Maybe the conspiracy theories about Kean part owning the club were true?

This is truly brilliantly inept in many many ways.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19714258" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'd also suggest that if you don't want speculation about the manager you stop saying (as is in the article) that the situation is "being assessed" and that the club is "in a bad place" and replying "no comment" when asked about the manager's future.
That is PR 101 there, and they can have it for free!

Nice vote of confidence there. And it sounds like an incredibly well run club. When asked if Kean would be in charge in the long term, global advisor Shebby Singh told BBC Sport: "No comment."
Singh has admitted that the matter could have been handled better and said the situation at the club "gets worse by the day".
Speaking to BBC Radio Lancashire, he said: "Unfortunately, the momentum [of the speculation about Kean] built up so fast it was quite difficult to step in and react.
"We have people heading up different departments whose responsibility it is to step in but unfortunately it escalated at such a fast pace that before you know what happened, it hits you in the face.
"It should not have been allowed to escalate like that but it did and the situation gets worse by the day."
