Sven to leave Man City?

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

From having a keep Sven campaign, suddenly its Sven who ? from the Citeh fans were I work.
Now they've got good ol Sparky Hughes. Sven suddenly was'nt that great after all &
Chairman Thaksin "Mr Human Rights " from being an intereing foreign idiot is now a football genius.

Also forgetting of course Hughes was one of there arch rivals greatest ever players & loathed as whinging diver for years at Maine Rd.

If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
That is for ever England

IMO, Hughes is a decent enough manager. But better than Sven? :?

Hope he does as well as the previous Scum hero to manage the Massiv. Steve Coppell lasted about a fortnight.

A hotel in Manchester is sad to see Sven-Goran Eriksson leave Man City for Mexico after he racked up a £350,000 bill. The Swede had been staying in the £1,250 a night penthouse suite at the city centre hotel since September. (Daily Express)

FACT ...

Either

Hughes will crash & burn >> in which case Citeh fan's will be doing their usual suicide bid.

OR

Hughes will do well >> in which case he'll tee himself up nicely to replace Ol' Red-Nose at Cold-Trafford ... in which case the Citeh fans will have a couple of years grace before he starts to make noises about crossing the city & they turn on him calling him every name they can dream up.

Either way we have fun.

Enjoy
